My son has put this through absolute hell on gravel and pavement, and it still looks brand new after months of play. The cab and hopper are solid enough to survive being dropped off the couch repeatedly, which is exactly what I needed for his truck obsession.

The rear-loading mechanism actually works like the real thing, and my kid spends ages tipping the bin and watching it lift. Plastic feels thick enough to survive being dragged across the driveway, which was my main worry.

My son has been hauling his toy cars around in this thing for a week straight and it's held up great. The green cab looks sharp and the tipping mechanism is sturdy enough that he can actually load and dump stuff himself without it jamming.
