Even though it's a micro excavator, the metal tracks give it great traction on my gravel driveway. My kid has been using it for hours without any issues.

Bought this for my son's sandbox and it actually fits through the narrow gap in our patio fence, which no other toy excavator could. The tracks roll smoothly over loose sand and it has survived two weeks of being buried and dug out daily.

The little arm digs way better than I figured for something this small, and it actually fits through the narrow gap between our patio stones. My kid has been hauling it around all week and the tracks still hold up fine.
